PLEASE READ! IMPORTANT!
-A non-refundable retainer fee is due at time of booking to reserve your selected date and time exclusively for you. No date/time/event slot is yours until your retainer fee is paid. (For event style photoshoots, 50% of total price will be due at booking.) This amount goes towards your total, the remaining balance is due the day of your shoot. No photos or sneak peeks will be delivered until session is paid in full.
-Any retainer fee will roll over in the event of weather related cancellations. Also, I understand life happens, and I offer one free reschedule with no penalty with at least 24 hours notice. If cancellation is initiated by me, any monies including retainer will be returned.
Reschedules DO NOT apply to photoshoot events. Only individual shoots.
-I do not provide raw or unedited images to clients. I will be providing high quality photos, edited with professional software to represent my art style. Please do not modify my work.
- I am happy to edit out any flaws that will be healed within two weeks. This includes but is not limited to bruises, scratches, or acne. I will not modify your body in any other way (making you appear slimmer, warping your appearance or certain body parts, etc). This goes against my beliefs in what photography is all about and contributes to unrealistic beauty standards.
-If you are late, the time remaining after you arrive is what we have to work with. If I am able to stay later to compensate for your missed time, I may do so at my discretion for an additional fee.
-It's important that you and anyone included in your session cooperates and is respectful to all parties in obtaining desired photographs. (If there are specific shots you desire, I need to be made aware via written message be it on booking form or other form of communication.) I will not be held responsible for photos not taken as a result of a client's failure to provide reasonable assistance or cooperation (i.e children not behaving/cooperating).
I reserve the right to end the session, without refund, if there is lack of cooperation or respect.
-Youforia Photography/Samantha Walsh is not responsible for any injuries that may happen during your photoshoot. You, or you on behalf of your minor child, HEREBY ASSUME ALL OF THE RISKS OF PARTICIPATING IN THIS ACTIVITY, including by way of example and not limitation, any risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons or entities being released, from dangerous or defective equipment or property owned, maintained, or controlled by them, or because of the their possible liability without fault. You acknowledge that you are exercising your own free choice to participate voluntarily in the above-named activity, and are promising to take due care during such participation.
-Your gallery will be delivered within 7-14 business days after your session unless otherwise stated. Your photos will be available in your online gallery for 30 days. After 30 days, your gallery will be DELETED. Please download your gallery immediately to avoid loss of files. A flash drive containing your gallery may be purchased for $10.
-By downloading your gallery/photos, you are accepting that you are satisfied with the pictures regardless of amount of time elapsed since download or if you downloaded via your phone or a computer or another type of device. Downloading any photos/gallery forfeits any refund/reshoot.
By booking a session with me, you are agreeing to these policies, which are in place to protect my time and to better serve you. Thank you for understanding!
